I am an authorized signor for my dealership and I have read and agree to the terms and conditions below.

If DMS is ADP then the [above signed dealership ("Dealership")] authorizes Digital Motorworks, Inc. ("DMi") , as CARFAX's data services vendor and a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADP, to access the Dealership's Vehicle Inventory data, using the existing ADP ADMIN log in, for the Service Link Program. (This will require no additional set up of passwords, modems, etc.)

Terms & Conditions:
I understand that by joining the CARFAX Service Link Program, I authorize the release of data elements, including date, mileage, and, as applicable, service code, from my inventory, sales and/or service records to CARFAX directly or through my DMS provider for continuous use in CARFAX Vehicle History Services. In return, my dealership will receive FREE website advertising for my business once CARFAX receives applicable information to create it for me. CARFAX will only use anonymous vehicle-specific information and does not collect personal information about businesses or customers.

I also understand that CARFAX relies on its sources for the accuracy and reliability of their information, and therefore can only assume responsibility for data from my dealership that is accurate, complete and reliable. However, should I discover that erroneous information was delivered by my dealership, and notify CARFAX of the error(s), CARFAX will work with my dealership to correct the erroneous information. The Service Link Program is subject to change or termination at any time in CARFAX's sole discretion.

Carfax, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue this FREE advertising should the dealers Carfax, Inc. account become inactive or go into bad debt.
